SINGTEL–SINGAPORE CANCER SOCIETY – Race Against Cancer 2024 is more than just a run, it’s an annual fundraising event that has been minimizing cancer and maximizing lives since 2009. As one of the longest-running charity runs in Singapore, this event plays a crucial role in raising funds to support the cancer community through programs and services.
WHY WE RUN
Every year, Singapore Cancer Society needs approximately $20 million to sustain its various programs and services. This includes cancer treatment subsidies, welfare assistance, cancer rehabilitation, hospice care, cancer screenings, research, public education, and cancer support group initiatives.
WHAT YOUR SUPPORT ACHIEVES
The funds raised through the Race Against Cancer directly support essential programs such as:
- Care Fund
- Rehabilitation Centre
- Treatment Fund
- Help the Children and Youth Program
- Welfare Aid
These initiatives help drive SCS’s mission to minimize cancer and maximize lives, ensuring that no one will face cancer alone.

- 5km: Minimum donation of $50, 10km: Minimum donation of $60, 15km: Minimum donation of $70

Virtual Race Categories:
- 21km: Minimum donation of $60, 42km: Minimum donation of $70
- Race Venue: Anywhere with the Strava App
- Run & Qualifying Period: 29 September 2024 – 15 October 2024
Parent & Child Race:
- 2km: Minimum donation of $60
- Race Venue: Angsana Green, East Coast Park
